On behalf of the industry, the Dutch Dairy Goats Association (NGZO) acts as the so-called dossier holder of the Dutch Goat Cheese (Hollandse Geitenkaas) PGI designation.
This means that the NGZO managed the application submission to the European Commission and the coordination of all the parties concerned.
